Eva-Miriam Gerstner is the founder and managing director of CCM3 Consulting – and a specialist in operational project management, strategic realignment and process optimization for over two decades.

The studied business administration, former hotel entrepreneur and award-winning industry expert brings an exceptionally wide range of experience: from international PR and sponsorship projects to award-winning boutique hotels to complex transformation processes in corporations and the development of new business units for medium-sized companies and public institutions.

Her career led her through international corporations and agencies to the award as „one of the most important young executives in Germany“. With the founding of CCM3 Consulting, she established a project management agency that not only plans change, but actively shapes it – and helps companies with expansion, change processes, site development, digitization or organizational growth.

In everyday project life, she is an operational implementer, impulse generator and reliable sparring partner. It develops practical structures, accompanies teams through phases of change and ensures that strategies really take effect.

Whether repositioning, process architecture or future concepts – Eva-Miriam stands for methodical strength, leadership and strategic thinking with tact.

Emmanuel Rosier is co-founder of CCM3 Consulting and responsible for all the agency’s hospitality projects – from boutique hotels to gastronomy and tasting concepts to the strategic reorientation of wineries and luxury brands.

What distinguishes him is the combination of two worlds: international excellence in sommelier and operational leadership experience in the hospitality industry. As a wine academic (WSET Level 4), advanced sommelier, gold prize winner of the ASI, accredited Bordeaux tutor and jury member at international competitions, he brings together sensory precision, deep product understanding, economic thinking and hospitality.

His career led him through Michelin-starred restaurants, resorts and catering establishments in Paris, Berlin and New Zealand. As a project manager, he was responsible for analytically sound process optimizations, cost calculations, sales increases, personnel strategies and the development of sustainable hospitality concepts – in the upscale gastronomy, hotel industry, leisure industry and in the retail-related environment.

At CCM3, Emmanuel accompanies conversions, site developments, repositioning and organizational changes. It stands for effective team training, creative sales and marketing approaches, as well as efficient structures with a fresh outlook from the outside.

With hands-on mentality and operational proximity, he accompanies companies in change and ensures that strategies are not only planned, but also implemented, guests are enthusiastic and teams function.

His specialized consulting for changing wineries combines analytical positioning, digitization, sustainable process optimization and economic future prospects.

He thinks of wineries holistically – as viable companies, brand and identity spaces.
