Eva-Miriam Gerstner

Entrepreneur and a visionary woman. Eva-Miriam is an exciting personality with a unique range of diverse business experiences. Growing up in a pharmacist family in the Swabian Alb – Baden-Württemberg – her path led her via renowned PR agencies and DAX corporations to become the youngest and most successful hotel manager in Germany. With the foundation of CCM3 Consulting, she still accompanies companies today in mastering the challenges of the future.

More about Eva-Miriam Gerstner

In her youth, Eva-Miriam was a competitive athlete and was successful for many years in the national dressage squad. She gave up her pharmacy studies in Berlin, switched to business administration with a focus on marketing, branding and communication, and studied for a time in New York and London.
While still a student, Eva-Miriam worked for the renowned agency Schröder+Schömbs PR and then went into sports sponsorship at T-Mobile. Later, she changed industries and worked on Mallorca as an assistant to the management at the second largest real estate agency on the island.

Back in Berlin, she took over the „Hotel Hackescher Markt“ in Berlin-Mitte as managing director in her early 20s and founded the „Hotel Q!“, which was voted the best design hotel in the world. In the years to come, she ran a total of five boutique hotels in Berlin, Cologne and Schwerin.

In 2008, she started her own business as a consultant with her own agency, which later became CCM3 Consulting.
